This policy explains what personal data MRPH Media Limited collects through mrphmedia.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it to what we need to reply to you and run the website.

Who we are

MRPH Media Limited is a company registered in Ireland, company number 770013, with its registered office at Ballinagoul, Glanmire, Co. Cork. Our VAT number is IE4331374EH. For the purposes of data protection law we are the controller of the personal data described here. You can contact us about anything in this policy at luke@mrphmedia.com.

What we collect

• When you send us a question through the form on the site: your name, email address, the name of your business and your question.
• When you message us on WhatsApp: your phone number, the name on your WhatsApp profile and the messages you send.
• When you book a call through Calendly: your name, email address, the time you choose and any answers you give in the booking form.
• When you email us: your email address and anything you include in your message.
• When you visit the site: technical information such as your IP address, browser and device, which our hosting provider uses to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Why we use it

• To reply to your question or enquiry, and to prepare for and hold the call you booked. This is necessary to take steps at your request before any agreement, and is in our legitimate interest in running the business.
• To run, secure and improve the website. This is in our legitimate interest.

We only use what you send us to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.

Cookies

The site only uses cookies that are needed for it to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The booking calendar is provided by Calendly, which may set its own cookies needed to make a booking. If we add marketing cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the providers that help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:

• Framer, which hosts the website and receives the questions sent through the form.
• WhatsApp, provided by Meta, which carries the messages you choose to send us there.
• Calendly, which handles call bookings.
• Our email and document providers, which store our correspondence.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. Where data leaves the EEA, it is protected by the EU to US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Questions, messages, enquiries and bookings that do not lead to working together: up to 12 months, then deleted.
• If we work together: for as long as the partnership lasts, then as long as Irish law requires for business and tax records, which is usually six years.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Email luke@mrphmedia.com and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at www.dataprotection.ie. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
