A world class visitor attraction in Dublin with over 250 interactive exhibits.

The product was exceptional. The marketing was not.

Ad accounts were messy, branding was inconsistent across platforms, and there was no reporting.

The team had no clarity on what was driving ticket sales. Every euro of ad spend was a guess.

 

We cleaned up the account, built a structured campaign system around one evergreen conversion campaign, and established weekly reporting from day one.

The team always knew what was being spent, what it was generating, and what was changing. Nothing was left to guess.

Within 90 days the system generated €104K in tracked ticket sales at 7.73x ROAS. Over 11 months, total tracked revenue reached €243,864 from €28,224 in ad spend. The system is still running and still improving. Last 30 days ROAS sits at 11.09x.
